Professional FAQ
What does “Agency Approval Option: 00” mean for my plant?
Option “00” means the probe has no special safety certifications (like ATEX, IECEx). It is for use in non-hazardous, standard industrial areas only. Always check your site’s safety rules before ordering.
How does the connector protector (Option 01) help me?
The plastic protector shields the electrical pins during shipping and storage. It prevents bent pins and dust entry. Remember to remove it before connecting the cable to your monitor.
My old probe has a longer unthreaded section. Can I use this one?
Maybe not. The 0.2″ unthreaded section (Option 02) is very short. It is designed for specific mounting holes. If your hole is deep, the probe body might not seat correctly. Compare physical dimensions with your old part.
What is your warranty and how do you ship?
We provide a 12-month warranty against defects. We ship globally using reliable carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
Why is there a specific torque for the first three threads?
The first threads are most delicate. A lower torque (7.5 N•m) prevents cross-threading or damage. After the first few threads, you can use the full recommended torque (11.3 N•m) for a secure fit. Always use a torque wrench.
