Product Description
The MTL5081 is a high-performance isolator designed for thermocouple signals in hazardous areas. It safely transmits low-level DC signals (0 to ±50mV) from Zone 0/IIC or Div 1/Group A locations to safe-area instruments. Features include external cold junction compensation, burnout protection (upscale/downscale selectable), and 4kHz frequency response. Ideal for industrial process control.

Installation Guide
Connect terminals: 1/2 (thermocouple ±), 11/12 (output ±), 13/14 (power ±). Use top switches to configure burnout protection. Green LED confirms power status.
