What is the difference between simplex and redundant modes?
Simplex uses one power path. Redundant uses two for backup. Choose redundant for critical processes.

Yes. Enable HART per channel. Non-HART channels work normally.
How do I know if the fuse has blown?
The card reports an open-loop condition. Check LED status. Replace the 2.0 A fuse if needed.
What happens if ambient temperature exceeds 70°C?
Accuracy may drop. Keep temperature below 70°C. Use cooling fans if necessary.
