Terminal Block Wiring Guide
TB1 (upper set)
Connects to the relay portion of the board
Use #18 AWG wires
Works with optional relay expansion boards
TB2 (lower set)
Connects to the contact input circuits
Use #18 AWG wires
Same screw assignments as STCI board
Installation Guide
Follow these simple steps.
First, mount the board with the plastic insulator. You have two options. For DIN-rail mounting, use a sheet metal carrier. For cabinet mounting, bolt it directly into the cabinet.
Next, wire the connections. Use #18 AWG wires. Connect TB1 for relays. Connect TB2 for contact inputs.
Then, terminate shields on a separate bracket. Do not attach them to the board.
Finally, if using an option board (WROBH1A), plug it into JW1 and JW2 connectors. The connector force holds it in place.
Operation Details
Contact input function
Same as STCI board
Works with 24V, 48V, or 125V DC wetting voltage
Input current is resistance-limited
First 21 circuits : 2.5 mA each
Circuits 22 to 24 : 10 mA each
Noise protection
Filters reduce high-frequency noise
Surge suppression on each input
Optical isolators pass signals to I/O processor
Signal flow
Input signals go to I/O pack
I/O pack converts them to digital
Controller receives data over Ethernet
Optional WROB Expansion Board
Add WROBH1A option board to get more features.
Same relay function as TRLYH1B board (simplex mode)
Fused-sensed power for first 6 relays
Dedicated power for last relay
Default fuse value : 3.15 A
Supports floating DC power systems
Compatible voltages
24 V, 48 V, 125 V DC
120 V, 240 V AC
Typical Applications
Gas turbine control systems
Steam turbine monitoring
Generator excitation control
Compressor stations
Power plant automation
Diagnostic Ability
This board helps you find issues quickly.
Fuse voltage feedback shows power status
Group isolation at 1500V RMS prevents cross-talk
Resettable fuses protect against overloads
LED indicators on the I/O pack show communication status

5 Professional FAQs (New Questions)
Q1: Can I use this board in a redundant system?
No. The IS200TDBSH2A is simplex only. For redundant systems, choose a different Mark VIe board instead.
Q2: How do I select the correct wetting voltage?
Use the jumper on the board. Choose 125 VDC for high-voltage applications. Choose 24 VDC for low-voltage systems. Match your external power source.
Q3: What is the difference between TB1 and TB2?
TB1 connects to the 12 relay outputs. TB2 connects to the 24 contact inputs. Do not mix them. The screw assignments are different.
Q4: Do I need the WROB option board for basic relay functions?
No. The base IS200TDBSH2A works alone. Add WROBH1A only if you need fused power distribution or the same function as TRLYH1B.
Q5: How fast is delivery?
We ship within 24 hours after payment. For example, choose FedEx Priority (2-5 days), UPS Worldwide Express, or DHL Express Easy. Additionally, all options include tracking numbers.
Selection Guide (Buying Help)
Use this checklist to pick the right Mark VIe terminal board for your job.
Redundancy needed : This board is simplex only. For dual backup, pick a different model.
Input count needed : This gives 24 contact inputs. For fewer inputs, look at smaller boards.
Output count needed : This gives 12 relay outputs. Each relay is Form-C (changeover).
Mounting type : DIN-rail (this) or flat mounting. Both are supported.
Wetting voltage : Jumper selectable for 24V or 125V DC.
Pro tip : For systems with floating DC power (not grounded), add the WROBH1A option board. It fuses both sides of the power supply. For simple grounded systems, the base board works fine alone.
Warranty & Support
12 months factory warranty is included. It covers material and workmanship defects. Furthermore, free technical support is available by WhatsApp or email.
