• Can I use F 8650X with an old F 8650 backplane?
• Yes, but you must update the cooling fan concept. The X version runs slightly hotter. Ignoring this causes random shutdowns.
• Why does my module show no communication?
• First, check the S1 switch for correct bus station number. Second, verify the termination resistors on RS 485. 90% of issues come from these two steps.
• Is this module new or refurbished?
