Installation & Maintenance
- Use recommended torque: 21.1 N•m. Never exceed 63.3 N•m.
- Tighten connector only by hand. Max torque 0.565 N•m.
- Keep bend radius larger than 25.4 mm to protect the cable.
- Do not use below -34°C. It may damage the pressure seal.
- ClickLoc connector locks securely without soldering.
- No special tools needed for routine cleaning.

- A: No. Choose armored version (model 330704) for abrasive or high-vibration environments.
- Q: What is the smallest shaft this probe can measure?
- A: Recommended minimum shaft diameter is 152 mm. Smaller shafts may cause cross-talk errors.
- Q: Why is the storage temperature lower than operating temp?
- A: Long-term storage above 105°C may degrade internal materials. Keep within -52°C to +105°C.
- Practical tip from field engineers:
- Always finger-tighten the ClickLoc connector. Over-tightening may break the connection.
- Selection guide:
- Pick option 00 (no armor) for clean, low-vibration areas like control rooms.
- Choose 1 meter total length for short runs inside the same cabinet.
- If ambient temperature stays below -34°C, add a heater or use a different probe model.
