  • What is the main difference between standard and ETR cable material?
  • The ETR version uses PFA insulation. PFA can handle much higher continuous temperatures than standard FEP, up to 260°C.
  • Can I use this 8-meter cable in a system originally set up for 5 meters?
  • Yes, but you may need to adjust the system’s calibration. The total cable length affects the electrical values seen by the monitor.
  • Why is the bend radius specification so important?
  • Bending the cable too sharply can pinch the inner conductors. This changes the electrical properties and can cause faulty readings.
  • We have electrical noise problems. Will this cable help?
  • Its triple-layer shielded (triaxial) design is excellent at blocking noise. For best results, ensure the shield is properly grounded at only one end.
