The module needs at least 20 Hz. Signals below 20 Hz are too slow. Use a different module for low frequencies. - Can I mix the Triconex 3510 with older Triconex modules in one chassis?
Yes, but only if the system firmware supports mixed I/O. Always check the compatibility matrix first. - One channel stopped counting pulses. How do we test it?
Move the field wire to a working channel. If the signal reads there, the original channel is faulty. Replace the module. - We see intermittent readings on all 8 channels. What could cause this?
Check the termination panel 9753-110. Loose screws or a bad ground can cause noise. Also check the cable between panel and module.
