Installation Guide
- Use recommended torque 21.1 N•m for M16x1.5 case.
- Do not exceed 63.3 N•m maximum case torque.
- Tighten connector finger tight only. Max 0.565 N•m.
- Keep bend radius at least 25.4 mm to avoid cable damage.
- Ensure target diameter ≥30.5 mm and shaft ≥152 mm.
- Protect connectors from submersible conditions.
Debugging & Maintenance Convenience
- Check DC resistance between conductors. Normal range 7.4 to 9.6 ohms for 9m length.
- Inspect cable for kinks or bends tighter than 25.4 mm.
- Verify gap voltage using 3300 XL proximitor.
- Clean probe tip gently. Do not scratch PPS material.
- Recalibrate with factory tools every major shutdown.
